I want to provide an update on the upcoming votes and be transparent about where things stand.
It was brought to our attention that a trustee position for 40 hours was not on the proposed bylaws changes and must be properly addressed before moving forward. That responsibility rests with us, and rather than pushing incomplete changes forward, we are choosing to pause, correct them, and ensure the process is done the right way.
I want to clearly reaffirm and emphasize the following to avoid any confusion:
The CBA ratification vote WILL still take place as scheduled on January 26, 27, and 28. Nothing has changed with respect to the CBA vote.
The only item being postponed is the bylaws changes.
